An Trading support agent provides services to clients from a trading perspective on an ongoing basis. The agent will assist the client with Market knowledge and possible trading opportunities.

It is also the trading support agent’s responsibility to build relationships with clients and ensure that the best possible after-sales service is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to form and build relationships with clients.
  • Assist the clients with Market updates and subsequent trading on their trading accounts.
  • Contributes to the developing and maintaining of standards, policies, and procedures regarding the Academy.
  • Communicate effectively with and to clients, as well as internally.
  • Effective Calendar Management (Client meetings are set daily in advance).
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as per company performance standards.
  • Perform all miscellaneous duties as delegated by Department Manager.
  • This role will also include Secondary tasks not specific to department. (Call & Risk related reviews and applicable administrative requirements.) 


  • Excellent relationship building and Customer management skills.
  • Customer orientated attitude.
  • Professional approach to clients.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications. (Good computer literacy is essential)
  • Strong administration skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Quick learner.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Flexible and enthusiastic. (Must be able to work shifts when required)
  • Ability to multitask.
  • “Going the Extra mile” is not a personality trait, but a requirement.

Education and Experience

  • High School graduate or above.
  • Good Understanding of CFD trading is a plus.
  • Good insight with regards to Cryptocurrencies is a plus.
  • Experience in any Customer Service environment.
