The company Bit Support d.o.o. based in Belgrade is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team as an Account Manager and service the clients within the FinTech industry and the outsourced Electronic Money Institutions the company is supporting:

Responsibilities:

Responding to client’s inquires in a timely and accurate manner
Tracking ongoing issues and providing proper and up to date information to relevant teams
Collaborating with other teams - Finance, Compliance, Tech team – when necessary to meet client’s expectations
Monitoring client’s feedbacks
Updating internal CRM databases
Identifying client’s service issues and suggesting improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree will be an advantage
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
MS Office
Readiness to work under pressure
