Accounting Specialist

We are keen to expand our fast growing tram with a competent, highly motivated candidate with and without experience for a position as a accounting specialist from our office in Novi Sad.

Remote work is not an option, all candidates should be ready and able to be present in our office everyday.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Participating in Month-end closing and annual financial statements activities 
• Booking of bank statements
• Booking of incoming invoices
• Maintain inventory and general staff lists
• Preparing and entering accounts payable accruals
• Performing various general accounting and intercompany activities
• Generate reports and statements for internal use
• Providing requested information from its area of responsibility
• Establishing and maintaining effective work relationships within departments
• Working on ongoing projects and digitalization in the finance department

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in English
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• With and without experience
• Skilled MS Office user
• Must be able to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
