Booking & Operations Specialist

We are looking for a new team member to join us in the position:

Booking & Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Booking hotels and other relevant suppliers on a daily bases
• Creating new travel products and itineraries or improving existing
• Determining clients’ needs and suggesting suitable travel products
• Managing relationships between the company and its suppliers
• Managing online and paper filing systems
• Managing online payments

Requirements:            

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good organization and time management abilities
• Good knowledge of global booking systems (not obligatory)
• Good understanding of the local travel market as well as specific foreign travel markets and industries (not obligatory)
• University degree, preferably in Tourism, Philology, Economy, or Organizational Sciences
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is +
