Atrium is a leading provider of professional real estate services. Our core business is Property & Facility Management, Technical Maintenance, Cleaning and Sustainable Building Services. We support major investors by providing valuable solutions for their properties. For the Belgrade office, we would like to set up the following vacant position at the next possible date:
- High School Degree or higher
- One year experience in administrative duties
- Excellent knowledge of English. Second foreign language is an advantage
- Advanced PC literacy, especially MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and co-ordination skills
- Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
- Providing administrative support to the team, especially the finance department
- Receive phone calls
- Coordinating the meeting schedule for the team
- Receiving and serving guests
- Composing letters, minutes of meetings and other business correspondence
- Handling of written and electronic correspondence incl. letters, invoices and contracts
