For our sister company, Limo Anywhere, we are looking for a full time Customer Onboarding Specialist.

Limo Anywhere offers a complete suite of products to operators in the ground transportation industry to enable them to run their business in an efficient manner from anywhere in the world.

We are hiring a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help set up these high-value customers for immediate success through a clearly defined implementation process.

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure the smooth adoption of our products. Throughout our customer lifecycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step of that process. You will have a critical hand in shaping the new customer experience by refining the onboarding process and customer facing training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation.
  • Develop measurements to help understand the impact of successful implementation.
  • Create initiatives that help to drive successful product implementation.
  • Help the customer define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value.
  • Work with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations.
  • Respond to customer emails, and calls regarding implementation.
  • Complete phone calls to ensure that customers are supported during the onboarding process.
  • Be a subject matter expert and discuss or educate on any nuance of the product internally and externally.
  • Create repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to use when onboarding customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pleasant and straightforward phone manner and customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Technically oriented with at least a general understanding/familiarity of SaaS products.
  • Organizational skills — you'll be working with many customers, and you'll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organized.
  • Strategically minded — you'll be helping customers implement their daily operations with our product!
  • Highly self-motivated and driven — you don't need someone hovering over your shoulder telling you what to do all day.
  • The ability to shift priorities quickly when necessary.
  • Demonstrated skills in building strong customer relationships.
  • Experience or familiarity with web-based technologies; ability to quickly learn product specifics.


  • Experience project managing in a professional context.
  • Technical support experience.

Applications will be reviewed and considered as they are received. Remote work is an option for this position. Customers are US based, so the work hours will be scheduled accordingly (9am-5pm or 10am-6pm US Central time, Monday through Friday).
