In cooperation with our Clients, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative with knowledge of Serbian and English. With full training provided, your task will be to provide support to customers who have different types of inquiries. You will support customers via phone, email or chat, delivering the best customer experience ever.

 Your tasks

  • Communicate via telephone, mail and/or chat with existing customers in order to solve their inquiries (on English and Serbian language)
  • Processing written based queries
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied
  • Handling of customers' requests and complaints
  • Give information about the product or service to existing customers and prospects
  • Maintain received information properly in the system

Your Skills

  • Fluency in verbal and written English and Serbian
  • Client oriented and friendly attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in resolving disputes
  • Attention to details, ability to process large volumes of information
