Customer Success Analyst - French language

We are looking for a Customer Success Analyst – French language to join our team!

If you see yourself in Analytics and are interested in mapping trends to set new business strategies take a look at this position's main duties:

• Providing ongoing analytics, metric optimization, and reports for the Business & Leadership/Management to assist in day-to-day business decisions.
• Resolving any issues that arise within key analytics from a development standpoint. For data integrity issues provide support in resolving.
• Working on developing scorecards and dashboards for KPI tracking and enabling CSM to make sound business decisions informed by accurate, congruent, and reliable information.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the organization to obtain and develop accurate data for the business models and metrics. Communicating it with NCR internal/external customers worldwide.
• Analyzing data trends, seasonality, and other random effects to quickly identify issues or best practices and assist program subject matter experts to get to root cause analysis.
• Ensuring contractual obligations with customers are met on a work order and systems basis; Coordinating activities associated with product/service resolution issues.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum High school diploma
• Excellent French language skills required / English language is desirable
• Excellent command of Excel
• Power BI tool is an advantage 
• Ability to identify issues and opportunities, as well as to develop solutions
• Ability to evaluate situations using multiple sources of information
• Drive, ambition, and will to progress and a strong team working ethic
