BET5 d.o.o. an associate of BlueOcean Gaming, headquartered in Serbia, provides high-quality online gaming solutions. We are looking for teammates to be based in our office in Belgrade, Serbia and to work on projects with an international scope. In this role, you will have the chance to cooperate with our established team, across multiple locations using cutting edge technologies and processes.

A Customer Support Agent will act as a liaison, provide information regarding product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that the players might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Friendly and efficient emails and LiveChat support in English and German language;
  • Manage large amounts of incoming LiveChats and emails;
  • Basic technical assistance regarding games, verification, accounts and transactions;
  • Solve customer requests effectively within a few minutes;
  • Promotion advertisement for depositors and non-depositors;
  • Quick presentation of the website and the promotions;
  • Put himself in the player’s shoes and advocate for them when necessary;
  • Ensure excellent service standards;
  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction;
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the same time limits; follow up to ensure full resolutions;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
  • Act as a company gatekeeper.


  • Care in dealing with sensitive information;
  • Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory, German language is considered an advantage;
  • The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities;
  • Ability to independently solve problems;
  • Strong customer orientation;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


  • Knowledge of the i-gaming industry would be an asset;
  • Strong office skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Work from the office.

Salary with bonus, minimum 600 eur.
