Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Making new reservations as well as making changes to existing reservations
- Communicating with customers over the phone
- Booking reservations over the email 
- Follow company protocols 

Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to think out of the box in order to solve and prevent problems from occurring
- Computer skills
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience is not needed
