Customer Support Representative
Our global brand LimoLabs (www.limolabs.com) operated by Globalkom in Serbia is a full-service digital agency enabling transition into digital technology and media for ground transportation services.
We are looking for: Customer Support Representative.
- Effectively respond to customer requests by phone or email
- Accurately enter reservations in the company system
- Serve customers by providing product and service information
- Speak, write and communicate in a professional manner
- Handle initial customer complaints and inquiries properly and professionally
- Perform all other duties as directed by the supervisor
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
- Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers
- Advanced PC literacy
- Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be professional and courteous with every person, especially when under pressure
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in shifts, including afternoon, night shifts and weekends
- Minimum high school diploma
- Work in a team of young and dynamic professionals
- Optional work in one of our office locations in Belgrade or Novi Sad
- International environment
