Our global brand LimoLabs ( operated by Globalkom in Serbia is a full-service digital agency enabling transition into digital technology and media for ground transportation services.

We are looking for: Customer Support Representative.


  • Effectively respond to customer requests by phone or email
  • Accurately enter reservations in the company system
  • Serve customers by providing product and service information
  • Speak, write and communicate in a professional manner
  • Handle initial customer complaints and inquiries properly and professionally
  • Perform all other duties as directed by the supervisor


  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
  • Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers
  • Advanced PC literacy
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be professional and courteous with every person, especially when under pressure
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in shifts, including afternoon, night shifts and weekends
  • Minimum high school diploma
