Field Service Coordinator - French language

Are you proud of your excellent French language communication as well as organizational skills? Do you enjoy working in a multilingual and customer-oriented environment? If so, you would be a perfect fit for our Service Coordinator position!

While being responsible for the proactive planning of all incoming work order allocations received within a specific geographic territory and for ensuring that predefined service levels are consistently achieved, your main duties would be

  • Supporting the activities of the Customer Engineers assigned to this position within a geographic region or territory
  • Planning, prioritizing, assigning, and monitoring all open work orders for Customer Engineers and ensuring the prompt delivery of service 
  • Identifying and escalating to the Team Leader any situation that could cause a work order to exceed the specific contractual response or fixed time 
  • Gathering problem information and recording data in desktop tools
  • Working with other Service Coordinators when the movement of engineers across territory boundaries is necessary to fill any skill or resource shortfall 
  • Maintaining effective and timely communication with engineers, obtaining regular progress updates for outstanding work orders, and handling all messages that are required to be transmitted to Customer Engineers within the territory 
  • Scheduling customer installation activity

What we expect from you: 

  • High school diploma 
  • Minimum C1 French language skills and minimum B2 English language skills
  • Well-developed computer skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability of properly business communication with colleagues 
  • High-level efficiency, problem-solving attitude, precision, and attention to detail 
  • Good organizational skills  
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
