Company is an important textile supplier of supermarket chains in Serbia and Looking for a Administrative & Operations Responsible position

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In office 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri, available at other times if needed
  • Responsible all operational activities of the company with the support of Manager
  • Follow documentation of logistic and custom process for Company
  • Organize weekly distribution of the company with our logistic partners
  • Follow the stock situation and the sales records
  • Maintaining contact and good relationships with companies and business partners and associates
  • Arrange meetings, make phone calls and response the phone calls 
  • Send & receive mail, shipments and overall company organization
  • Receive guests in office
  • Making weekly and monthly financial planning of the company and follow
  • Make and follow the invoices of the company
  • Follow the incoming and outgoing payments
  • Basic level of accounting
  • Travel with the Manager inside the Country and time to time other Balkan countries to attend meetings if needed (expenses will be covered by the company)
  • Assist in hiring for other growth positions like sales, marketing, etc., as needed
  • Other miscellaneous tasks

REQUIREMENTS

  • Perfect English, written and verbal
  • Native Serbian
  • Preferably Driving License
  • Excellent Computer User, Microsoft Office
  • Preferably education in Business Administration, Finance , Logistic and Marketing
  • Preferably experienced at similar field
  • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to take an initiative and self confident
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Ethical and reliable
  • Ability to Travel inside and out side of the country (expenses will be covered by the company)
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

WE OFFER

  • Start salary 55.000 RSD net/month for the probation period. For 1 Months

AFTER PROBATION PERIOD

  • Net Salary 77.000 RSD net/month
  • Candidate will have probation period for 1 months for adaptation and learn about job
  • Work environment that will help you grow and learn
  • Personal learning, improvement and able to support improvement of the business
  • Fully Paid Business Trips inside Serbia and other Balkan Countries
  • In case of support for sales and good performance possibility of pluses added for the net salary
