HR RECRUITER (Based in Belgrade or Jagodina) 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively sourcing candidates’ through social media channels 
• Developing the network of contacts/partnerships to build a pool of candidates for current and future openings
• Managing the recruitment process based on Company staffing needs previously defined by Management
• Posting jobs / Screening resumes
• Coordinating and following up interviews with the Management
• Other duties as assigned 

WORK EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred previous experience in related field
• High school education
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and assess candidates
• Understanding of employment law and recruiting best practices
• Excellent analytical, presentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Committed to the highest standards of personal integrity
• Open, enthusiastic, full of energy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and using of various search techniques and social media for sourcing
