HR RECRUITER (Based in Belgrade or Jagodina)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively sourcing candidates’ through social media channels
Developing the network of contacts/partnerships to build a pool of candidates for current and future openings
Managing the recruitment process based on Company staffing needs previously defined by Management
Posting jobs / Screening resumes
Coordinating and following up interviews with the Management
Other duties as assigned

WORK EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

Preferred previous experience in related field
High school education
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships and assess candidates
Understanding of employment law and recruiting best practices
Excellent analytical, presentation and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
Committed to the highest standards of personal integrity
Open, enthusiastic, full of energy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and using of various search techniques and social media for sourcing
