Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the Implementation Support Team Leader in the successful and efficient operation of all aspects of the departments operation including the coordination with other departments and directors; accounting; contract administration and other requirements
  • Verification of the key elements of the signed contracts with the Business customers, on the basis of which the agreed conditions are further implemented
  • Implementation within systems signed Contracts with Business Customers (Annex and the amendments to Annexes special conditions)
  • Initial/online business customers checks according to a defined procedure (NBS, APR, Check point, Black list, Oracle…) and consultation with relevant stakeholder if necessary
  • Creating delivery orders (devices, SIM cards, accessories) through Business Portal, Beasy, WSA
  • Following the trends and creating reports about devices management on weekly/monthly/quarterly level
  • Bringing new creative ideas to positively impact on the team and the customer experience

For a good start, you will need:

  • High school degree / college degree
  • 2 years of experience in wireless industry, sales coordination, administration or customer support
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills and ability to make decisions and solve problems
  • Experience managing customer inquiries and ability to deal with demanding customers in a professional manner
  • Personal commitment to providing quality products and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with different audiences and high level of business understanding
