Junior Marketing and Communication Specialist

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Working cross-functionally with the global Marketing & Communication department and key internal role-players to execute content ideas and comm activities
• Supporting both global and local digital & conventional marketing projects in the house
• Support talent attraction, recruitment efforts, and employee engagement in the local market through various marketing activities and communications channels
• Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up to date with relevant developments
• Liaison with dedicated PR and Digital Marketing Agency
• Support and evaluate the results of communication campaigns with the team

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field
• 1- year experience in the Marketing field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Native in Serbian and highly fluent in English
• Highly computer literate
• High motivation, reliability, and a deep understanding of new media channels (social media expertise)
• Strategic and creative mindset
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Enthusiasm, creativity, commitment, and team spirit are amongst your strongest qualities
