Logistic Specialist (Full time)

• Full time Logistic Specialist is responsible for managing any emerging issue related to the customer services with an emphasis on managing, tracking and tracing time sensitive orders
• Presently, we are hiring all shifts but mainly afternoon shift

What will be your responsibilities on daily basis?

• Securing freight for AAA trucks
• Performing inbound and outbound calls for loads to be picked up or delivered
• Partnering with Brokerage team members to deliver remarkable customer services, communicating issues, verifying load details and dispatch drivers
• Having check calls to drivers and carriers in order to confirm on-time pick-up and delivery of shipments
• Informing account managers on any issues that arise throughout the life of loads
• Creating solutions for the above-mentioned situations
• Communicating tracking updates to customers and conducting customer service calls in order to identify other business unit needs

What are the requirements you need in order to succeed in our company?

• Fluent English and intermediate Spanish, both spoken and written (an absolute must and will be tested)
• Experience in the industry would be considered an asset
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in working within a team would be considered an asset
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
