Market Development & Customer Support Representative: English Language (North America)

Based in Belgrade (on-site)

What you will be doing:

• Developing business relationships and supporting existing customers in our English-speaking markets
• Conducting pre-sales activities through telephone and e-mail contact in the market
• Organizing and conducting online presentations to clients, with the possibility of occasional direct meetings with customers and prospects
• Planning and managing marketing activities for the market

What we expect from you:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language - at a native level
• Experience in a sales or support position is a must
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Computer skills. Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams is an advantage
• Knowledge of Serbian language is not mandatory, but can be useful
