We are looking for HR Intern.

TwogNation is looking for an HR Intern to perform various HR and recruitment tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in HR and getting a closer look of how our company approaches business development, recruiting and employee development, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures. The duration of the internship starts from 2 months guaranteed work and will progress depending on your own development, abilities and progress.

We work in the fast-rising esports industry on cutting edge applications & platforms through collaboration of multi-functional teams. Each team consists of different roles, so there is a big space to learn new things, especially in the esports business.

Here is what you would do:

  • Manage applicants as they move through the applicant tracking system (ClickUp) 
  • Assist with the recruiting and staffing efforts for a number of clients to acquire top talent for the esports, online gaming and software industry.
  • Manage external relationships with employment and professional associations to  ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Create job descriptions for vacant positions and publish them on all boards.
  • File, organize resumes and cover letters accordingly for each position
  • Build applicant sources by using LinkedIn data base to pool potential applicants for the  program.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sources of talent and bring that talent into  TwogNation
  • Maintain internal databases and job posts to ensure compliance with program  operations and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Source candidates, qualify candidates, update database, and leverage LinkedIn and  other social media sites to source candidates.
  • Develop recruitment materials such as promo, or any other marketing forms
  • Develop and implement metrics for the recruiters to gauge ROI for contract costs

Here is what we need:

  • A relevant degree /professional qualification in Psychology, HR or other social studies
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of HR documents and other personal  information 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • A genuine interest in Human Resources Management 
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
