Pricing Specialist - Intern

Postion Overview:

Pricing Specialist Intern will execute a sub process within the Commercial end-to-end process. This role will be responsible for ensuring all pricing details from customer contracts are captured accurately and entered timely into the system to ensure accurate customer billing.

Full time paid internship in duration of 4 months.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accomplishing daily, weekly and monthly process objectives through a self-directed approach in organizing, executing and monitoring work
• Taking initiative to identify inefficiencies within processes and advocates for improved efficiency, performance, and quality
• Providing exceptional internal/external customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Contributing to the team effort in building a high-performing team through strong collaboration, effective communication
• Adhering to organizational standards (SOPs), ensures regulatory requirements are met, and maintains accurate records and documentation
• Working closely with Regional Pricing teams to resolve any pricing issues
• Ensuring accurate entry of customer pricing for products into the ERP systems
• Ensuring customer pricing information is kept confidential

Experience and skills required:

• Final year of University (Faculty of Economics or similar)
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (advanced knowledge of Excel)
• Capability of working in dynamic and fast pace environment communicating with various stakeholders while delivering required goals
• Analytical and detail oriented person, with focus on achieving results
• Self-starting and initiative taking person with strong communication skills
