Project Manager Industrial Building Construction

We are a renowned German architectural company and are looking for an Project manager industrial building construction in Serbia

Starting September 2022 

These tasks await you:

• Contact person for our German customer
• Regular presence on the construction site near Kragujevac
• Execution of sampling procedures 
• Quality control 
• Coordination of weekly jour fixe meetings 
• Invoice verification, cost control and supplementary management 
• Deadline management and time control
• Construction supervision and documentation for the client 
• Organization, coordination and participation in acceptance tests

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in architecture or civil engineering
• Professional experience in industrial construction is an advantage
• Pleasure in construction supervision and object monitoring
• Assertiveness and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel
• Language skills in the local language and good English or German language skills (at least B2), both written and spoken
• Mastery of common Office and Auto-CAD applications
• Car driving license

As we often have projects in Eastern Europe, we may offer a subsequent contract.
