Job Description

► Sourcing quality candidates through all channels with a particular focus on direct hiring (mostly production and warehouse workers, technicians etc.)
► Creation of job advertisements and resume screening
► Developing an active pool of candidates (mostly manual workers) who are ready to meet the organization needs and maintaining candidate database
► Scheduling and conducting competency-based interviews and participating in the assessment process, both in direct and indirect area
► Gathering employment documentation
► Collaboration with employment agencies and participating in job fairs
► Providing feedback to candidates and promoting a positive company image


► Final year of studies in Social or Organizational Sciences
► English language fluency
► Good knowledge of MS Office suite
► Excellent interpersonal, verbal and professional written communication skills
► Exceptional organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
► Proactive, can-do attitude
