We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Our company is the place where you can constantly earn more money, it’s up to you and your results! If you are a proactive, sales-focused individual who has experience in call center sales department and enjoys working independently in a dynamic & results driven environment, you are in the right place.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage large amounts of calls on a daily base
• Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of English is a must 
• Eager to work in a call center with young people
• Self motivated and hard working individual
• Previous experience in a call center and sales department 
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
