Sales Consultant

Job Description

• Work is supporting US clients via CET afternoon and night shifts  
• Schedule new client appointments via incoming calls, emails and chat platforms
• Make outbound calls and perform digital messaging as needed to capture new clients and sales
• Support field sales team in successful completion of new account estimates and sales
• Promote and support sales opportunities for home improvement products and related services
• Perform New Client account setup, scheduling and related phone and digital sales as assigned
• Support trusting relationships with field sales staff and clients
• Facilitate an environment of open and accessible digital sales and communication

Skills Required:

• Excellent English (US) written, spoken and comprehension skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and proceed with empathy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team oriented environment
• Great at following directions and a good sense of empathy
• Experience in sales/scheduling/client service focused work environment
