Service Engineer

We are looking for dedicated professionals to the below position:

Service Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Initial commissioning, reparation and maintenance for the Company products
• Independent execution of service tasks, including corresponding Admin work
• Undertaking of hotline and on-call-service
• Supporting customers in maintenance questions
• Configuration of automation systems
• Independent execution of product trainings in the fields of robot operation, robot programming, maintenance and diagnosis
• Planning and carrying out training events related to company Products
• Technical Support of the sales team and customers for robot configuration, simulation and feasibility studies, technology packages, robot projects and technically related questions 

Requirements:

• University degree in electrical or mechatronics engineering 
• Business fluent in English (written and oral)
• Independence, flexibility
• Resoluteness
• Demonstrate good communication abilities
• Customer-oriented personality
• Valid driving licence
• Ability to work in stressful situations

Preference:

• Robot programming knowledge
• Programming languages (KRL, C++, C#, Java)
• Knowledge of robotic and automation technology
• Basic understanding of systems engineering
