We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tau Capital Trust LLC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees. They will also be responsible for setting up emails and implementing a website for the company.
Responsibilities:
-Providing technical assistance and support to our employees.
-Setting up emails for new employees, ensure that email accounts are functioning correctly.
-Maintaining our company website for our company and optimizing it for search engines.
-Providing technical support for our Podio CRM, our Mojo Dialer software, our VoIP system, and other TAU software, hardwares, and networks.
-Going through our marketing systems to identify problems and bottlenecks.
-Provide support for our marketing infrastructure by identifying growth opportunities or cost-saving opportunities for our company.
-Supporting computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with our employees.
-Keeping and managing accurate records of technical issues and their resolution.
-Managing our social media sites to drive awareness to our company and creatively engage both current and prospective clients.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
-Solid knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
-Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
-Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
-position is on call
-$10 per hour
