Job Description:

• Negotiating with brokers and clients via phone and e-mail
• Communicating with drivers on daily basis
• Identifying any special needs for each load and prioritizing time-sensitive loads
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Troubleshooting, resolving and adjusting for any issues that affect the on-time delivery of customers’ freight
• Identifying current market needs
• Monitoring and responding to e-mails and business chats promptly
• EXCELLENT multi-tasking, time management, and organization skills
• Able to accept constructive criticism
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Being on time, prompt, and prepared on a daily basis
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications: 

• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to learn functions of company software and technology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to tasks
• Prior experience with dispatching in logistics
• Extensive knowledge of DOT regulations

Your Profile:

• You are ready to work our shift 14:00-23:00 (2PM-11PM)
• You have excellent knowledge of English (speaking and writing)
• You are ready to learn and improve yourself
• You are organized and communicative with positive attitude
• You have basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader)
• You are able to think analytical, able to multitask and able to work under pressure
• Minimum one year experience in the US transportation industry is required
• Being able to navigate on 2-3 computer screens with emails, load boards, and different operating systems at the sametime
