We are looking for a new colleague for newly established FTSC (Foreign Trade Service Center) team located in Belgrade.
Job Description
► Handling Foreign Trade enquiries
► Processing LTSD/LTVD request and Mailbox management
► Maintanance of Country of Origin in SAP/Customer portal
► Execution SAP/GTS Tasks for exports
► Maintenance of preferential status at Customer portal
► Raise requests for creating and updating SAP data (customer master data, etc.)
► Control Tower processes (Invoice verification process, ICS etc.)
► Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
► Basic knowledge of customs operations or bachelor's degree (Economics, Business administration, Logistics, Law or Similar)
► Good expression/Motivation/Proactivity/Reliability
► Good conflict resolution skills; written and oral communication skills
► Good customer service skills and ethics
► Friendliness, flexibility and telephone experience
► Active listening skills/Quick comprehension
► Ability to function in team environment as well as independently
► Ability to juggle multiple enquiries/queries
► Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP preferable)
► Good English and/or German skills (B2)
