Job Description

Every day will bring new and exciting challenges. You will be responsible for:

► Sourcing quality candidates through all channels with a particular focus on direct hiring (mostly production and warehouse workers, technicians etc.).
► Creaton of job advertisements and resume screening.
► Developing an active pool of candidates (mostly manual workers) who are ready to meet the organization needs and maintaining candidate database.
► Scheduling and conducting competency-based interviews and participating in the assessment process, both in direct and indirect area.
► Gathering employment documentation.
► Collaboration with employment agencies and participating in job fairs.
► Providing feedback to candidates and promoting a positive company image.

Qualifications

What will you bring to the team?

► Excellent interpersonal, verbal and professional written communication skills.
► Exceptional organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
► Proactive, Can-Do attitude.
► Final year of studies in Social or Organizational Sciences.
► English language fluency.
► Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
