We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Engineer for one of our biggest clients - a US startup which deals with smart analysis of real estate in the American market. We deal with big data pipelines, data manipulation, ingestion and integration of multiple data sources, data processing, data storage, data access/presenting, creating APIs.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support
- Investigate alarms
- Assist in running reprocess
- Data Analysis when implementing new features such as stats
- Automated Data Evaluation and Trends
- Check Internal System Stats
- Check AWS Metrics
- Check Frontend for Visible Issues
- Customer support
- Calls with our clients
- Managing customer expectations
- Investigation of customer’s Jira tickets
