What do you need to get started?
- Studies in fields of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or equivalent
- Knowledge of Java (for technical roles) or SQL (for functional roles)
- English Proficiency
- Willingness to learn about insurance & finance business processes and gain industry knowledge
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Interest to work in an international team
- Interest in learning and working in SAP software solutions
The program for IT Consulting field consists of:
- Training and studying insurance & finance business processes
- Training and studying risk analysis and regulatory and compliance reporting of overall performance in insurance companies
- Training and studying SAP software solutions for finance & risk industries/companies
- Learning ABAP programing language (for tech roles)
- Configuration and customization of SAP solutions to specific client's needs
- Opportunities and simulations to improve your communication, sales and presentations skills
